Your policy should encourage the use of AI for specific tasks, while also emphasizing the importance of human oversight and critical thinking.


  1. Promote AI Literacy: Your team needs to understand what AI is, and what it isn’t. Run workshops, share articles, and foster open discussions about the limitations and risks of AI. The more your team understands how these tools work, the less likely they are to fall into the trap of anthropomorphism.
