At Newforma World 2026, the company introduced Vojo, an artificial intelligence assistant that fundamentally changes how project teams interact with their data.

Vojo is built on an agent-driven framework. This means instead of just returning a list of documents containing a specific keyword, Vojo can actively perform tasks, synthesise information across multiple sources, and answer complex natural language queries about project status. It represents a shift from passive data storage to active, intelligent project assistance.

This distinction is critical for construction management. A typical major project generates thousands of RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, and emails. When a dispute arises or a critical coordination question needs answering, simply searching for a term like "HVAC routing" across a fragmented database is practically useless.
